I'm sure I'm not going to be the first person to ask this, but I wonder if it's coincidence or not that Rumsfield resigned not 24 hours after the Democratic congress was elected. Heck, it wasn't even a full 12 hours. The poor guy doesn't seem to have any faith in himself at all.
